Payments and Billing
Payments are processed monthly on the date you signed up, so there's no need to worry about keeping track. Please ensure your payment details are current to avoid any disruptions in your subscription. You can keep track of your past/current orders by logging in here.

Agreement to Terms
By joining the Mail Club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. If you wish to cancel, you can do so anytime by reaching out to us or managing your subscription through your account. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be completed before your next billing date.

Shipping and Delivery
Every month, your letter will be shipped by the 20th. It’s important to provide an accurate mailing address to ensure smooth delivery. We cannot be held responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect details or external carrier issues.

Refund Policy
